about amy
my passion for nutrition began early, after I overcame an eating disorder in high school and discovered the powerful role food plays in how we feel and function. as I studied nutrition in college, I naturally gravitated toward women’s health and knew I wanted to help other women the way my dietitian helped me.
while completing graduate school, I learned that I am a carrier of Fragile X, a genetic condition that can increase the risk of early menopause. that discovery led me through my own IVF journey and opened my eyes to just how complex and personal women’s health can be. it also sparked a deeper passion for understanding hormones and how nutrition can support women through all life stages.
today, that passion is at the heart of my work: helping women understand their unique bodies, feel more confident in their choices, and nourish themselves in ways that support their goals.
my focus areas:
perimenopause
menopause
body composition (weight loss)
cholesterol management
diabetes and blood sugar control
blood pressure management
digestive health
strength training + building muscle
breaking the binge/restrict cycle
longevity
random facts: i’m a competitive bodybuilder by day, yogi by night, and will never turn down a good bagel.
i’d love to help you feel better.
